Spreadsheets: They can use Excel to count the financials,calculationt, create forecasting models
Database software: they use Oracle/MS SQL Server/Access to manage date in many forms from basic lists
Presentation software:Powerpoint is used to make presentations
Desktop publishing: Adobe Indesign/Quark Express/MS Publisher to produce newsletters, magazines and other complex documents
Graphics software: Photoshopis used to create and edit images like logos, drawing or pictures for use in DTP
Printer: They use the printer to print documents,etc.
Computers: Computers are used to facilitate data collection, storage, etc.
What I learned was that ICTs can be used in several areas and makes the work easier to complete. That is why people use ICTs in different ways to increase the chances that their business will succeed and prosper.
